10/25/15 Bodie Trip

Post by Renodemona »

First of all, what an amazing group! I hope everyone had as good a day as we did. Great views, great people! We had 4 FSJs show up at the trailhead.

Unfortunately Dr. Marn had a broken alternator bracket. Don't worry we used the standard knife/ziptie/hose clamp repair method

The three Jeeps made it to the Masonic site and went exploring.

A brief stop to adjust luggage.

Finally heading down into Bodie.

More trips to come in the future, I'm sure. However winter is closing in for us high country folks so likely will be springtime. Time for winter work for me. Timing cover, exhaust, rear axle, etc. You know, usual FSJ stuff. :-bd
