Hi Guys,
Figured I would put a shot of the Jeep I have been working on. It belonged to my Uncle. I have started the restoration process after it has sat for over 5 years. So far its been through all fluid flushing, rusty's 4" add a leaf lift, 31x10.5's general diggers, new brake pads, calipers, front rotors, fuel lines, all filters, radiator hoses, exhaust valve welding, carb cleaning, and the list goes on.... I jumped into the thing out of the shop and drove almost 1500 miles. Working out the bugs and getting ready for the 1500 miles to drive home through Mexico.
its mostly original, with boat loads of extra parts (bumpers, fender, lenses covers, hub caps, radiators, a/c compressor). looking forward to keeping the spirit alive.

Good luck on the drive home. I jumped in my 78 Cherokee and drove 300 miles before doing any maintenance at all. Made it with no issues. I was lucky and enjoyed every minute of it. Good luck with your build. Awesome that it was your uncle's and you are keeping it going.
