64 J200 Gladiator with a 1" body lift and 3" lift BDS springs moved under the frame (rather than on the sides of the frame) on all 4 corners. Some lift acquired with Dana 60 axles vs. Dana 44's.

Sitting on 41" x 17" x 13.50" IROK Radials / 17" x 9" Mickey Thompson Classic II Aluminum Wheels.

No body or fender trimming at this point. And hopefully not ever.

I have tire envy now. That is a sweet ride. Every time I see a beefy FSJ it makes me itch to finish mine. Thanks for the motivation.

I wanted to ask that whether I can use the old 4y engine in my lift truck?? I am facing some problem in the engine of my lift truck.. So, instead of buying a new one I was thinking to install the old 4y engine only.. Anyone has any suggestions regarding this??

I am pretty sure you posted this here on accident. But as I recall a 4Y is a forklift engine? Do you have a Jeep?

I'm doing a axle swap on my 1977 j10, and spring over, ive been told that gives 4 inches of lift. have any of you done this? i plan on putting it on 35s now for school but 37s as soon as possible with an 8 inch.

Front spring over gives closer to 7" of lift. It's the thickness of the spring pack, plus the thickness of the axle tube plus double the spring pad height, less the sag of the springs. See my rig Black Jack on the first page of this thread. All I did was swap in a '77 Ford axle that was already SOA. Same with the '77 Chev axle I had in before that. Then you need to go high steer.

That 3 inch body lift does look good on there. I just may have to invest on one soon :D
