I don't think 44bz will mind me answering for him: The bumper is a Warn product that was available through Jeep in the late 60s through at least the mid 70s, maybe later. They come up for sale now and then. They stick out sort of far compared to the tucked-in tube style ones that are popular on pre-runner style rigs these days. My truck has one and it was either installed when the truck was new or early in the truck's life.
73 J4000. 360, MC 2100, T18A, D20, stock closed knuckle Dana 44 front, 60-2 rear. Warn Lock-O-Matics, Warn/Belleview electric winch, true duals with glasspacks, old-school front diff skid plate, used 265 Toyos on 16" AR wheels.

Mine actually came off a K5 blazer, I paid $100 for it on Craigslist. Then I replicated the jeep frame mounts based on photos twisted frame sent me of his.
