Been doing the detail crap, but making headway. Fuel filter is relocated, plumbed, and wired. Steering hoses are routed and attached. Got the sensor for the fans installed. Clutch reservoir mounted.
I hooked up the batteries and turned the key and the dash lit up. That put a smile on my face as I cleaned up tonight. ImageImageImage

Really gonna make a trip to go see this one when completed or prior if we're back in your area again. Awesome progress, especially when it puts a smile on your face.

Ok, been doing more little crap, routing and re-routing wires and hoses, mounting the various components, etc.
I took a sawzall to the fan shroud and it now fits, and holds the dodge overflow and washer fluid tanks. More plug and play. Will make repairs simple.

Here's the pics...

Ok, got a little more done, and a big step forward today. Mounted cruise control module under the fender, lengthened the trigger wires and mounted the intake heater solonoids. I then found out that the clutch wasn't giving enough throw to engage, so I raised the peddles up 1" and bumped the starter and it turned over.
Playing with the door harness making sure that was not my problem, I hit the key fob and the locks moved. That means I get keyless entry... 8-)

IT RUNS, IT RUNS...
Started with an oil change, fuel into tank, bled lines and got it running. I then used the dodge plastic inner fenders to keep the engine somewhat clean, mounted fenders, valance, grill and hood. I was alone today, so no video yet, but a couple new pics. I need to find a pair of M715 hold downs.

Got to spend another day buttoning up the details. Brakes are bled, great pedal. Coolant lines attached, filled with coolant, no puddles. :-bd Moved inside and started moving wires around and got them tucked up out of the way. Mounted drivers seat. Moved underneath and looked into the t-case shifter. Mounted drive shaft. Pic is deceiving, there's about an inch between the tank and shaft.
I did find hood latches on eBay, in black, for $21. They are on the way. :D

I only just noticed how much longer the Dodge frame is in front. What are your plans for that area ahead of the body? Could be one heck of a service bumper, complete with vise, winch, and maybe storage boxes if they don't impede airflow to the radiator.

I have a bumper layout in my head and a Warn 8k winch I could bury into it. I might have to trim the frame back some,we'll see. I will probably have it in service before the bumper gets built. The rear bumper already has pervisions for vises and such... :-bd

Got more done, bed off old frame and set on new. I took pics before I settled it into place, but it's squared up and ready to bolt. It squatted about 6" when I set the bed on...
