90 GW "Polar Edition"

Post by 2Liter »

So I've just about got the exterior of my wife's daily driver wrapped up. I have a few more emblems to get and want to finish up the round headlight swap and tint the windows. Here are a few things that I did.....interior is next!!

Howell TBI injection kit
2" alcan spring lift w/ bilstein shocks
17" wheels and rear disc brake conversion
Shaved - hood ornament, side marker lights, roof slats, woody trim, and emblems
Removed bumper trim and added muscle grill and round led headlights

I like it! What are the side mirrors from? What are you doing for headlight trim rings, and why did you choose round lights? Will you put some spots in the pie pan holes? Nice job!

Thank you for the compliments.....The side mirrors are from a 94 dodge ram with mounts made from a member of this forum ross80truck. They worked perfectly and I painted them black to match. As far a round headlights....a jeep isnt a jeep unless it has round headlights!! I am going to put some black mesh behind the grill to make the slots look black and I am going to use CJ Light rings painted black to finish off the headlights.

Soooooo cool. And the hood stripes totally make it look like devil horns from the front shot.

You should get one of the Arctic Edition badges and stick it on there. :)

I like the "Polar" badges better than the "Arctic" badges but they are expensive....My wife said the same thing about the horns when I first showed her.
