A little update. I've redone my fuel system in preparation for a fuel injection set up I had ordered. While waiting for the FI tech to come in which has been back ordered for months I've had nothing but problems running the jeep with the new fuel system and carb. I made a big decision and canceled the fi tech order and ordered a running 5.3/4l60 off ebay. Looks like Betti will get some LS power sooner than I thought
89 GW- Rebuilt 360 w RV camshaft, 4 inch Rustys spring lift, 1" body lift, dana 44HD front, 14 bolt rear 3.73's.

Where has this thread been hiding! So much win! Not that I'm a fan of LS swaps. But your good 360 is still finding a home in a Cherokee.

So on your sliders... Are those welded to the body and frame? Any concerns of that tweaking the body? Have you Hi Lift jacked on them? Or actually slid on them?
