Sounds like combo exhaust leak and converter bolts tapping the splash pan. A screwdriver to pry the cover while running will change the noise if that's it. AIR pipe rotted out maybe? Does it smooth out when the idle drops? It almost sounds like a York compressor slapping. (I know it's not engaged and it's a Sanden) Possibly a bent pushrod?
He didn't read your sig to see you have a T15, so he thought you had a torque converter.
That sound is way to muffled in the vid to even begin to guess accurately. It might be your pressure plate, but if that were the case I think I'd hear it better in your other vid from under the truck. It might be the york, but I'd expect you'd notice it come and go with the AC clutch engaging. Doesn't sound high pitched and whispery enough to be exhaust and it doesn't sound metallic enough to be lifter. Might be as simple as a dead cylinder, but you'd be able to tell that by pulling the plugs.
Twere it me, I'd pull the plugs to look for clues.

I'd just turn the radio up and not worry about it until it falls off.

It's called "self-clearing"...as in it'll eventually make room for itself, by either moving said obstruction out of the way, or as Bryan mentioned, falling off...
Was the flywheel off? (didn't see it was stick) I had several AMC V8s flywheel bolts back out on me. I saw one guy lose his flywheel at the track in the '60s and it came through the floor (he didn't have a blow shield), making a real mess of his body.
