Here is the Doug Nash Manual that I copied from my collection. Maybe this can be put in an archive for this site.

I love the part where they tell you to "not beat this with a hammer".
This manual I have copied here came with a 78 Chero I bought. All the drive flanges were n the back floor board with this book. The case is downstairs on a shelf. The guy who did this conversion died while getting this Jeep back to its formal glory. He had the engine rebuilt (guy I bought it from snatched that for an old Willys), the tranny and case rebuilt and I bought the rest of the Chero and stripped it down, sold all the new sheet metal , new wheels and tires he had for it and I kept the tranny and transfer and interior. The rest of the Jeep was a rot fest. axles are under a CJ now.
I guess what I'm saying is there is a new milemarker kit in one of the cases I have downstairs. Problem is I don't remember which one anymore. All I know is it isn't the NOS case I have or the one from my dad's old truck. So that narrows it down to one of 6 others. One day I'll start cracking them open....one day.

If possible, you may want to try to rescan this page.

When I get my scanner hooked back up I will. Although if you actually read it there is only a "r"and "l" left off the write up and a portion of a couple of letters as well as the pic is cut off a little.

I'm afraid that I'll be using this information in the near future....
I hate to hear that actually.
If you are going to part time your case do it right and drop in a Dana20 or something.
Then again I believe the Quadra-trac is the best out there so I'm a little biased.

So, I figured this was an ok spot for this...I currently have a part-time kit in my QT with the locking hubs. I recently traded for another QT unit without part time. What do I have get to put regular hubs back on if I install the non-modified QT case? Sorry, total 4x4 noob here.

You can leae the locking hubs in,hopefully Flint see's this I know they have a rig set up this way.I put the hubs in before my part time kit and ran for 2 years with no issues.
Side note if you want the hubs I have a set that will be coming out of a 78 d44 shortly.
So, with the full time QT t-case in run the hubs in 'lock' not in 'e-drive' and then unlock them when I would need to switch over? Right now, with the part time kit, I'm doing just the opposite.

Hubs unlocked when in edrive. If you have it the other way around (unlocked in normal 4x4) then the cones won't let it move till you rev it up and destroy them when it grabs engaged.

Just leave the hubs locked all the time with stock QT.
The Edrive locks the front and rear output shafts and causes the bucking when turning corners, circles or figure 8s. That is if it is working correctly. Get the right lubricant. Good Luck.
