Can't get carb to seal

Sorry for not adding closure to this thread from a few years back. It did indeed end up being crap in the gas tank clogging up the jets in the carb, even though it was a new plastic tank (installed by previous owner). Since we dropped the tank, flushed it, changed lines/filter (and added a see-through filter for good measure) and re-built the carb, Jolene has been running wonderfully
