Does anyone have any pictures of how the power steering pump is installed/connected to the motor and water pump? I just bought an 88 wag and the power steering pump is not bolted on at all. Thanks,
Found out why it looked different. Apparently the PO had snapped the stud that the power steering attaches to, only about 1/4" sticking out of the wp. Any suggestions on how to get the remaining part of the stud/bolt out? Also where can you find this stud/bolt from? Do I need to take the entire water pump off? All help and suggestions are appreciated.

I don't remember any studs sticking out. It should be a bolt that holds the water pump on and it has a threaded end sticking out for the water pump bracket to attach to. You should be able to remove the bolt from the water pump and replace it with a good one.
I've got a full set of accessory bolts from a 360 that threw a rod. If you want them, I can toss them in a flat rate box and ship them to you.

Send me a PM with your address and I'll drop it in the mail for you.
And just so we're sure, it's the bolt that goes into the water pump and the end of the PS bracket attaches there. The one right under the vacuum canister on the distributor in the following picture:

This is the bolt with the nut it came with:

Hello there,
Found your picture of the power steering pump bracket looking brand new. Where did you get it? I am restoring a 1984 grand wagoner and am looking for a vendor or shop to dump my wallet into. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I see quite a few out there on Ebay. Granted they are not cheap. If you have the original one, I would just wire wheel and paint it up. Otherwise you may be able to post something in the parts wanted section. Someone may have one laying around and make you a deal on it.
Just replaced my pump with a Napa Reman. Easy job, but let's see how long it last before it starts leaking again somewhere, lol.
