Yes, Blake is correct. You can confirm the other two by testing before putting the cluster back in. I've had to test so many times I finally put testors model paint on the hoses and valve to save time and hassle. I believe that some of the valves were marked F V and D for floor, Vacuum and Defrost near the nipples. Most I've seen aren't marked however.

I didn't take photos when I pulled maintenance on mine unfortunately. I removed the valve and took it apart by removing three screws, cleaned the housing with a small brush and brake cleaner and used WD-40 to clean the rubber gasket. I used Vaseline to lubricate the rubber gasket before re-assembly. During testing I noticed the vacuum motors didn't just thump, they SLAMMED
