I’ve got a 91 GW. Just recently developed a slow speed “jerking” in the transmission. Seems like when I’m rolling to a stop or after accelerating in 1st gear it is jerking until it shifts into seconds. It seems to do it more when It is cold then warm. I’ve checked the transmission fluid and I was at a normal level. Any thoughts?
Common issue with Jeeps if it is what i think it is. both my 98 grand cherokees have done it since day 1 and my mom has had that Jeep for 17 years.. My wagoneer does it too.
I wouldnt worry about it. No idea what it is but yea
I dont have jerking.. but if im rolling slow in 1st gear and it shifts to 2nd gear itll slam or pop into 2nd gear.. Every ZJ Jeep ive been in does this
