QT torque bias test

I have a rebuilt QT I want to install in my Cherokee. I decided to do the torque bias test as outlined in the manual. Problem is I don't know what to expect. I think there is no slippage, I am maxing out my Torque wrench with no discernible change in the transfer case. I did remove the e-drive cover and shifter to make sure it isn't in e-drive. The shift collar is all the way back against the case and I cannot get it to move by prying on it with a screwdriver.
The only change I made to the case was the addition of a spacer in the differential. The exploded view shows one on each end of the gear set, mine only had one when I took it apart. I was able to source an identical spacer (same O.D, I.D and thickness) and installed it. I am wondering if this changed the preload.
Any advice/input?

It sounds like it has far too much pre-load. I am a long time full-time QT enthusiast and prefer my diffs to operate at the lower range of torque bias as it seems to keep the diffs living longer. Now if I was living in the snow or rain I would want it to behave just like the manual prescribes. I live in dry hot az so it works for me. How did the diff look inside? If you want to pull the diff and bring it over, we can take a look at it. I also have extra washers and springs we can try inside that diff too to get it set.

Installed a .015" thrust washer today, the differential will now slip at 115psi on the Torque wrench. I have a video on AZ Full Size jeep on FB.
I think I did this correctly, time will tell.

PSI on a torque wrench? Do you mean ft lbs? Or in lbs?
