Does anyone know where can I find a replacement connector for this?

I think it is just a rubber tube. remove it and take it to the local parts store, they can match it up.

I would look in the Dorman section of most any auto parts store.

Super glad it's that easy, thanks folks.

Any tips for getting to those 2 bolts out back there that hold the reservoir to the wall? I couldn't seem to get any socket or wrench in there and don't want to strip it with pliers or something.

You should not need to remove the reservoir. That rubber piece should just slide off. It may take a bit of effort if the rubber has gotten hard. But it’s just vacuum line.

Thanks for the reply. I have already purchased a new reservoir however, it was only 15 bucks and looked easy enough to access hah.
