1968 was Caravelle blue, then in '69 it went to Alamosa Aqua until 74 or 75 ? when it went to what looks like Makita blue.
Motor Coater brand sells these colors well matched in spray cans or pints.

Ive neber seen the amc blue in person but from build videos and pictures ive seen of the old colors.. They match the engine on the left in that picture.. The other color looks like deep oceon blue to me

Got the Seymour EN-66 from Amazon today and a can of Seymour primer. Primed and painted the oil pan. Good lord it's gorgeous

You could do your whole jeep. it's 1969 AMC Alamosa Aqua. I had a '69 390 4spd Javelin in this color, the engine and car matched it was kind of neat.

I know this is a few weeks late but I have found this place to be a really good source of AMC paint.
they sell restoration parts for AMC cars but stock all the paints.
