'79 J10 Hood Latch

Will removing the 4 bolts in the hood allow the 2 latches and crossbar to come off as a unit?

If you mean the 4 bolts that attach the latch/bar assembly to the hood, yes, the bar and 2 latches come off as a unit.
73 J4000. 360, MC 2100, T18A, D20, stock closed knuckle Dana 44 front, 60-2 rear. Warn Lock-O-Matics, Warn/Belleview electric winch, true duals with glasspacks, old-school front diff skid plate, used 265 Toyos on 16" AR wheels.

Thanks Twisted, anyone got an extra one. I'd like to make my '79 have an inside latch like later models.
