The hose I have is rated at 225psi max, it's Gates FI hose, so not crappy stuff. I'm not worried about the hose bursting, it'll never run over 100...

To followup, the echlin cap retarded the timing by 7 degrees. My base timing with the TBI was set to 0 degrees so that definitely explains some weird...

You could try a speed sensor for a 91 YJ, that is as far as I can tell, a 8k sensor. Then use the dakota digital converter box.
